For active bookings, cancellations, no-shows, or schedule questions, use the front-desk phone number displayed in your RizeON booking details and Profile screen.

Account access

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to request a recovery code. Never share your password or one-time verification code with anyone.

Account deletion

Follow the permanent deletion instructions on the account deletion page.

Technical problems

When reporting a problem, include the app version, phone model, and a short description. Do not include passwords, verification codes, private keys, or identity documents.
