Privacy Policy

This policy explains how RizeON, the booking application for Aurizone Court, handles information when you create an account and use the service.

Information we process

• Account information, including your name, email address, authentication status, and administrator status where applicable.
• Booking information, including sport, court or coach, dates, times, booking status, cancellation or no-show reasons, and loyalty activity.
• Notification information, including in-app messages, read status, and device push tokens.
• Operational and security records, including administrative actions, failed protected operations, and rate-limit events. Network identifiers may be stored only as a one-way hash.
• Technical diagnostics, such as application version, device type, crash details, and an internal user identifier when crash monitoring is enabled.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate accounts, manage court and coaching bookings, prevent conflicts and abuse, operate loyalty rewards, deliver notifications, provide support, secure the service, and diagnose failures.

Service providers

RizeON uses Supabase for authentication, database, and server functions; Expo and Firebase for application builds and push notifications; and Sentry for crash monitoring when enabled. These providers process limited data necessary to provide their services.

Payments and advertising

RizeON does not currently process in-app payments and does not include third-party advertising.

Retention and deletion

Account and booking information is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account from inside the app. Deletion removes the authentication account and associated personal application records. Limited audit or security records may remain in de-identified form where required to protect the service or meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can decline push-notification permission and continue using the app. You can request account deletion at any time using the steps on the account deletion page.
