Delete Your Account

RizeON account and associated data

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from the app

  1. Open RizeON and sign in.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

The request is processed immediately. Your authentication account and associated profile, bookings, loyalty records, notifications, and push tokens are deleted through database relationships. Limited operational records may remain without a direct personal identifier when required for security or legal purposes.

If you cannot access the app

Contact Aurizone Court using the current support contact shown on the support page. Do not post passwords, verification codes, or identity documents in a public GitHub issue.
